Recipe of the month: 3 ingredient Vegan Chili
Kick Veganuary off with our super easy, super-fast, 3 ingredient Vegan and gluten free chili!
Perfect for a packed lunch or a quick evening meal, this recipe has already become one of our favourites!
Prep time: 3 Minutes
Cook Time: 17 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes
Servings: 4 Cups
- 15.5 ounce of canned pinto beans
- 2 cups of a salsa of your choice
- 1 ½ cups of vegan mince
- ¼ - ½ cups of water
Step 1 - Bring pinto beans, salsa, vegan mince and water to a boil.
Step 2 - Allow to simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 3 - If mixture becomes too thick, add more water.
step 4 - Serve either on its own, over tortilla chips, pasta or however else you fancy!
