3 Ingredient Vegan & Gluten free pancakes
This month it's pancake day! Our simple 3 ingredient vegan pancake recipe is perfect for the occasion!
These quick, healthy and yummy pancakes are perfect for anytime of the day but especially make a great breakfast whether you like sweet or savoury!
Our tips:
- To save time, make your pancakes the day before and simply re-heat the next morning, add toppings and enjoy!
Prep time: 5 Minutes
Cook time: 15 Minutes
Total time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 6 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of instant oats (100g)
- ¾ cup of a plant based milk of your choice (185ml)
Tip: no milk on hand? You can even use water in this recipe!
Steps:
- Grind the instant oats in a blender
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth
- Place ¼ of the batter in a pan and cook roughly two minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Serve with your favourite toppings! Savoury or sweet, these pancakes go down a treat!
