Recipe of the Month - Double Fudge and Banana Muffins

Feel like something sweet? Try making our double fudge and banana muffins!

Only 100 calories, gluten free and super easy to make - these muffins are the perfect treat!


Ingredients needed:
1 egg
¼ cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mashed bananas
1 cup of oat flour
½  teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup dark cocoa powder
Chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350f. Grease muffin tin.
- Whisk together the egg, sugar, applesauce, vanilla and bananas.
- Mix the dry ingredients and add to the wet. Mix until combined. (Add the optional chocolate chips here if you want).
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
- (Optional treat – drizzle with melted chocolate)
