As we start to feel tired and stressed, it is important that we take some time for ourselves to clear our minds and relax!
We’ve put together a list of meditation and yoga sessions hosted virtually by Herts to get you started!
Yoga and Pilates Sessions with Active Students:
Active Students are hosting some Yoga and Pilates sessions on their ActiveStudents@Home platform. Take part in some relaxing sessions to help you clear your mind from your daily worries. There are lots of sessions taking place during the week and at the weekend, so you can choose the time that is best for you! There are also lots of other activities for you to get involved in.

HSV @ Home:
Hertfordshire Sports Village have also created a HSV@Home platform for mind and wellbeing, which includes pre-recorded resources for meditation, controlling stressful energy and sleeping.
