Mental Health Week: Campus Walks


 

As its Mental Health Week, we’re encouraging you all to take advantage of the benefits of getting outside and enjoying nature. If you have been struggling with your mental health over lockdown, it is so important to get outside now that things are slowly starting to open again.  

 

And if you are looking to get outside and enjoy nature to clear your head, lift your mood or brighten your day, the University campuses are the perfect place for just that. Our campuses are surrounded by plenty of open green spaces, and we also have some great natural spots and walks you can enjoy too. 

 

Take a look below at the different walks we have on our campuses, that will enable you to get out and to learn more about the University and its heritage.

      Heritage Trail 

 

If you’re interested in finding out more about our aeronautical heritage, the  Heritage Trail is the one for you. You’ll find out lots about the University’s  history and view sights connecting back to our past that can still be found on 

campus today. 

 

     DOS walk and talk club 

 

Do you every fancy going for a walk and talk around campus but feel stuck for  who to go with? Well, we have the perfect solution for you with our walk and  talk club. Sign up and we will arrange a time that suits you to go for a walk  with a member of our Dean of Students team.
