Mental Health Week: Campus Walks

As its Mental Health Week, we’re encouraging you all to take advantage of the benefits of getting outside and enjoying nature. If you have been struggling with your mental health over lockdown, it is so important to get outside now that things are slowly starting to open again.

And if you are looking to get outside and enjoy nature to clear your head, lift your mood or brighten your day, the University campuses are the perfect place for just that. Our campuses are surrounded by plenty of open green spaces, and we also have some great natural spots and walks you can enjoy too.

Take a look below at the different walks we have on our campuses, that will enable you to get out and to learn more about the University and its heritage.

Take a self-guided tour of our campus, by using the map below, and enjoy the biodiversity of our gardens, plant-life and green spaces here at the University.

Download our map and enjoy a self-guided tour to appreciate the wonderful sculptures we have on campus.
